Your first visit is with Dr. Moore. It includes the exam, a hands-on adjustment, and the manual therapy time available that day. Later visits can include up to 60 minutes of manual therapy when that slot is open. There is no cash charge.
The referral has a visit limit and an end date. Start right away. Unused visits do not carry over. If you finish the visits, have improved, and still need more care, we can ask the VA for more. If the last authorized day has passed, we can ask — and you need to call the VA too.
