Your first visit is with Dr. Moore. Treatment is a hands-on adjustment plus up to 60 minutes of manual therapy in the same visit. There is no cash charge.

The referral has a visit limit and an end date. Start right away. Unused visits do not carry over. If you finish the visits, have improved, and still need more care, we can ask the VA for more. If the last authorized day has passed, we can ask — and you need to call the VA too.
